The taste is similar to creme fraiche, or clotted cream, but a bit more sweeter & acidity. This makes it a versatile cheese for both sweet and savory dishes.

The fat content is between 60 and 75 percent, making it easily spreadable and super silky. It's the essential ingredient in a Tiramisu.

We use The Courier Guy for nation wide door to door deliveries. The goods are shipped in a cooler box with an ice brick and taken to the depot in our refrigerated trucks to keep the cold chain preserved as long as possible. Once handed over for delivery via The Courier Guy, the cold chain is only as good as the cooler box. We cannot guarantee the product will arrive in the perfect cold condition but as you will see, the boxes we use are the best for this purpose. We also only deliver the goods to the depot the day they dispatch. By doing this, we have tried to shorten the last mile delivery as much as possible to hopefully retain the integrity of the cold chain. However, as this is out of our control, we do not accept returns on couriered goods. Should this not be acceptable to you, please rather buy from shops we stock as those products have been shipped with the refrigerated cold chain intact.
